Followed my Father’s footsteps into the Construction Industry.  Graduated from Ole Miss with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and Southern Mississippi with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering Technology.  After finishing at USM, I was hired by Nova Group out of Napa, CA.  Nova is a specialized contracting company that focuses on Civil work on military installations all over the world.  I was involved in some very interesting projects around the world, including Doha, Qatar, Hickam AFB in Hawaii, and Diego Garcia in the middle of the Indian Ocean.  

After having our son in CA, we decided to move back home to Mississippi.  I started working for a local Civil Contractor, UCI.  We focused on site development projects performing mass dirt jobs, sewer, water and storm.  

In 2009, I started a company called Underground Technologies.  I performed Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) surveys.  With the use of Ground Penetrating Radar and Electromagnetic Locators we located and mapped underground utility systems.  I performed these surveys for engineering design companies all over the country.  I sold this company in 2019 to EMC Survey out of Grenada, MS.  I continued performing SUE surveys for EMC until 2024 after meeting Brandon Hodges and his company HLS.  Excited to be here and look forward to helping this company grow and perform Civil work throughout Mississippi.
