To Brandon Hodges there are three non-negotiables: family, hard work, and integrity. These three principles have carried Hodges throughout his career first in the oilfield, and now running a successful civil construction business.

For over 21 years, Hodges has made it his mission to provide top quality services in the most efficient way possible. He believes in learning from those that have paved the way before him, “Throughout my oilfield career, I was a part of setting many records in Oklahoma, South and West Texas. During this time, I was taught valuable life lessons and shown that hard work and a little common sense will take a man many places in life. On the operating side, I was blessed to work around some of best upper management in the business. To this day, their model is how I strive to run my business.”

In 2021, Hodges made the decision to take a leap of faith and open Hodges Land Services.  Starting out, he ran every piece of equipment for countless hours day and night. Now, the company employs over 20 employees and services the entire South East Region. Brandon and his wife, Morgan, reside in Attala County and have six beautiful children, two of which are staples in the day-to-day operations of Hodges Land Services.
